ClearDESK can provide a “browser” interface available to all members of staff whereby they can: 

enter time sheets
view project details including project Business Partners
open up the project datastore folder in Windows Explorer
create letters, faxes, emails, reports, QA documents from standard templates

This use of a "browser" interface allows this information to be accessed and entered when staff are remote from the office assuming that they have access to the company Intranet.
